It seems that the default order is medium rare, which I really can't eat. I stopped the order immediately and changed it to medium. It was better than I expected. There was no blood or streaking. I wonder if it’s because the big green egg will be different when grilled. The squid for the appetizer is also amazing, and there is also an oyster. It is so delicious that I ordered a few more. Actually, I originally wanted to cook the oysters in the same way as the appetizer.
