GREEK SALAD "5 MINUTES"

INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber big
3 medium tomatoes
1 onion (red, preferably)
100 g of black olives
300 g feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
oregano, salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Wash the vegetables well, cut them and add them to a large bowl (so that you can mix at will, without getting out of the way).
Combine the oil with vinegar and spices, pour over the vegetables, mix and leave for 5 minutes before serving. Nothing easier!
It fits perfectly with fresh toasted bread.
