If you bought it from a store recently then complain, it should not BSOD. If you bought it second-hand then you probably need to enter the BIOS and change the CPU multiplier, Im not an expert but if you google overclocking for your hardware, you should be able to reduce the speed a bit.
Gotcha, i dont like overclocking too much, i just figure if the guy i got it from had it working as such it was good to go
