Perfectly made GTA Vice City world map for The Sims 3!
This map looking from high view looks very similar to Vice City, many buildings lack furniture but the outside is perfectly imitated. You need a really good PC if you want to populate the city with Sims because the game isn't properly optimized and I don't think it's even designed to make such huge maps, on my shitty PC I had to move my Sims to a different city because at some point 1 second in the game lasted like 30 seconds and it was unplayable.
