I didn't see your comment till after I posted mine. My viewpoint is that of a city gal. But seeing this reminds me that not everybody lives near a city with free public displays. Always two sides to the coin...
Apparently there was a vote in some areas, in one area 3 out of 4 people agreed-ed with a ban so that ended up being 75%. Don't know who they ask to do surveys for bans, but it's not everyone.
They may just ban them in the city who know's what they will do, we'll just have to wait and see.
