I've never imagined that Justin sun will do the reverse merger with a corporation based in the U.S.

The company is SRM Entertainment, which is known as a toy and souvenir maker company.

According to this article, SRM plans to rebrand as Tron Inc, and the reverse merger is backed by $100m private investment.

If private investors want to exercise their warrants, they'll be able to purchase additional Tron shares, which means Tron inc can secure additional $110m. Tron Inc will have $210m in their balance sheet.

Will they become TRX(Tron) Strategy? 🧐

He has invested $75m worth of WLFI(WorldLibertyFinancial) so far. Trump's family runs WLFI. It seems that he's all in on the U.S.

Nevertheless, while TRX is 8th ranked in marketcap, TRX has not been listed on Coinbase exchange based in the U.S. yet.

If Tron Inc is successfully rebranded, and comply with the U.S. regulations well, TRX and TRX-ecosystem cryptos such as SUN, JST, BTT, and STEEM might be listed on U.S. based exchanges.

I hope that they'll become a TRX-ecosystem cryptos Strategy

Hey @happycapital, this is fascinating! I love how you've broken down the potential implications of Tron's reverse merger with SRM Entertainment. The idea of a souvenir company rebranding to Tron Inc. is quite a plot twist! The possible influx of $210m if the warrants are exercised is a significant point to consider.

Your insights into Justin Sun's investment in WLFI, linked to the Trump family, add another intriguing layer to the story. Could this be a strategic move to navigate the U.S. market? And your observation about TRX not being listed on Coinbase despite its market cap is spot on. This merger could be the key to unlocking that potential.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! What are your thoughts on the likelihood of TRX finally getting listed on Coinbase if this goes through? I'm curious to hear what others think too! Let's discuss!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Really insightful!
