Yes. STEEM needs the interoperability and capability. SVM(STEEM Virtual Machine) would take on a role.
I'm not sure whether it can extend the STEEM economy to other chains. STEEM is suffering the longest and hardest time now.
I believe @blaze.apps will bring a practical service on STEEM chain. If you support him and SVM, please, vote for him as a STEEM witness(Block producer & validator) 🗳
