It's been rising since 2023. If it increases a bit higher than 4.3%, people would likely expect early rate cuts or big cuts.

Almost all long-term investors and retail speculators expected this October would be Uptober. But, the recent massive liquidation event ruined it. Will the altcoin market rebound tomorrow? 🤔 Around 2 weeks left until the end of this October.
