Hey guys welcome to my blog today, I want to show you how I make my brownies. It is easy to it's not my first time of doing it but I was so nervous on how it will turn out.

One thing I have learnt from this baking lessons is that you will always be nervous on how your results will turn out, irrespective of the fact that you've done it before or you've not done it before but that fear of the results is always there.

And I guess the reason is that you can't predict how the taste will turn out until when it is done. And so you always have that fear unless you are a pro, that's just when you know that a particular measurement of a certain ingredient go with another measurement of ingredients and then you will easily tell how the taste will be that's when you are pro.

So to do my brownies I purchased this ingredients below

Ingredients

1 cup of wheat flour
3 eggs
125 gr of Butter
1 cup of brown or white sugar
2/3 cup of Cocoa powder
2 tbsp of strong coffee
1 tsp of Vanilla

When you tried the brownie, what was your experience like? Did you like it? Explain your answer in detail.

I was so nervous if the cocoa will make my brownies bitter or if it will turn out well.

The experience was smooth, I noticed the sweet smelling chocolate aroma which make it inviting to anyone who perceived it.

The texture was very nice, it was soft and fluffy in the middle but crunchy or crispy on the edges. It was moist not too dry making it enjoyable when bite. It was indeed homemade brownies full of pleasure.

I like it, the tastes was really nice.

Do you want a second edition of "hands on"? What are the 6 recipes you'd like to learn in a second edition of these challenges?
