PS I recommend to. Look. For coconut sugar date syrup etc because the very high fructose levels in agave and lack of health benefits is quite concerning
Thanks for the advice @celestialcow. My daughter is sugar intolerant and most sugars give her migraines. Just about all sweeteners give her migraines. I know vegan eliminates honey, so other than dates and maple syrup there aren't many. She cannot tollerate coconut sugar either. I am always juggling sugar content in recipes...I'll just need to stop using this one! All the best..
