nice photos. I have been to Cape Horn but did not see too much through the rain and stormy seas. We were not even allowed out on deck because the wind was blowing at 90knotts and the waves were 8 meters high! It was a wild adventure, to say the least. I loved every minute of it!
Wow, that sounds really thrilling. I hope you didn't get sea sick. Our ship, thankfully, lay pretty still during the weather. I find it's so special to have been there, also because of all the drama with ships that has happened there in the last centuries. I would love to spend some weeks in the lighthouse there and watch the sea.
No I did not get sea sick but many did! I too would love to go and travel some more in that area. Soon we are going to Calafate, Southern Patagonia and Bariloche. There are glaciers and spectacular mountains, I can't wait but am not looking forward to the cold weather.
