That's why I labelled in order, why I do, what I do hoping it would help someone.

I will be interested to see an update or 2 from you, after you start this. If you kinda sit and think about it once a week, so like every 7 days, and you keep it up -- by the 10th/14th day it is a habit and routine like you say, and your body will be adapted by then and speaking to you.

If you put up a post or update in a comment section somewhere, tag me, I hope I do not miss it. Or send the link to me in FB if you have time.

ACV has a ridiculous amount of uses. It is basically magic lol
