I did a SDF some years ago.
Had to stop most activities of the day to reduce metabolic rate and water loss. It was a tough challenge though
There are risks associated with dry fasts (including the possibility of forming stones), hence i don't recommend them for anyone
Its gud u didn't go to the gym

I will be drinking water tomorrow morning, maybe even with some sea salt depending how I feel. How long was your fast and was it worth it for you?

My friends and me were to fast for 3days, but i couldn't continue after about 16hrs.
We eventually had to call of the deal as none of us could cope

It was worth the experience.
I got to appreciate water more
We spent time praying too
