SLEEP APNEA

I noticed anytime I fall asleep, my breathing stops and starts while asleep.

Also snoring while asleep, feeling tired and signs of high blood pressure.

I believe I have sleep apnea. I am currently at the docs to have a sleep study done to check the severity.
