On an iPhone:
Open the Settings.
Go to General -> Accessibility -> Zoom.
Turn on Zoom.
Quickly tap three times, with three fingers, anywhere on the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad screen.
Tap on Choose Filter.
Select Low Light.
