Ya, ya... I don't have much experience with kundalini, I should try to do more focused meditation, but I feel like once we reach a certain consciousness it just happens of its own accord.

I'll probably do some practice anyways, I feel like we can find all our answers within ourselves and our lives, that the beliefs in dogma actually hinder us. It says as much in what you posted here.

Great share, this has fascinated me for a while but I havent given it the attention deserved. I have felt what it's like though :D
