This really does work - I've had close friends and family lose 20-30lbs in a few months. Ill try to find this YouTube video of a doctor who specializes in PH levels explains exactly what the vinegar does, and how# header it snowballs potassium, cutting insulin level to prevent acid reflux - there's honestly 20-25 other solid benefits of weight loss.. If you are able to exercise or work out even a small regimen with the Vinegar you will expedite your toning and weight loss..

And as long as you have at least 2TBSP or 1.5 -2nd of Natural Cider Vinegar and if possible add in 1/2 oz of lemon juice - then simply add water, sugar, cranberry juice, Gatorade or whatever --- once it startses working in your body you'll start to crave the ACV
