RE: MY FASTING JOURNEY, DAY 10: Weight: 220, Body fat: 29.2%.
If you want to lose weight fast, you can try fasting, the only problem is after you eat something again, you will gain fat even faster. The key is to regulate yourself. The body needs a specific amount of calories in order to sustain your body. If you train, obviously you need more. But to healthily lose weight it is better to eat a regular amount of food and workout. Humans have needs and in order to achieve personal fulfillment, we have to satisfy our needs. Physical, safety, cognitive needs and so on.
It's true, I recently lost a bunch of weight by regulating how much I eat on a daily basis. I weighed 165 pounds and dropped to 128 pounds in just two months. I made it so I would eat twice a day, walking everyday for about and hour and eating only one item foods. As in combining one item foods such as fish, tomato, pepper, and various other healthy ingredients to make my daily meals. Cutting out junk food is the best thing you can do. Good luck and wishing you the best.
