RE: Living with Endometriosis- And Foods That Can Help
Thank you so much for this post! My youngest daughter, age 26, has endometriosis and really struggles with the pain, the nausea, etc. She had so many procedures done before being properly diagnosed, it's ridiculous. Out of desperation, she is currently she is trying out the Mirena IUD despite the potential unpleasant side effects. I will send her the link to your article so she can get more ideas. Do keep us updated on your progress, please!
Thanks for reading! I was really at the end of my rope when I researched further. It makes a difference when you start treating it. It doesn't get any better. I wrote down a list of the foods I can eat which are not in my kitchen, so it may take me a week to gather enough to eat all day. I eat all of the dangerous foods on the list and coffee every morning, so I will need to make big changes to see results. Still must be better than suffering! I hope your daughter feels better soon. I'm happy to pass on the information. I really don't want to do anything medical and I know there's not much help there.
One of the links also talked about the estrogen in products we use everyday like dryer sheets and the bottles for water. I also drink cases of bottled water. I am drinking water from the tap now. I might make some infused water this week. I also read that licorice helps and anything that helps to clean out your liver.
