Get a juicer!!! Or even just a small citrus juicer, so worth it :)
They're definitely much better fresh squeezed by yourself...or at least in the states this is true. Some companies in Florida, for example, pick the oranges (or grapefruits) way too early....and they're acidic -.- when citrus is SUPER fresh, it tastes very sweet! Maybe you cannot say the same for lemons @jesseatsfruit has a good suggestion... I love my small citrus juicer! :)
Oh, and yes there are 2 grocery brands here--out of probably 12 different grocery brands!--that sell unpasteurized juice. I find it criminal that grocery stores do not carry unpasteurized juice!
