It might be worth reading up on narcolepsy. I always thought it was more about just collapsing uncontrollably, but only a few narcoleptics actually do that. The more I read about it the closer it fit.
Yeah when I think narcolepsy I think of Rowan Atkinson falling asleep on his feet in the middle of the airport in that movie scene.
I feel bad for the folks who suffer from cataplexy. At least I can drive a car and feel plenty of warning when it's time to pull over for a doze.
