We need to avoid stress, depression, quarrel, sleepless night, and less our intake of alcohol for most people think consuming much alcohol or getting addicted to alcohol makes them forget about their sorrows and worries.

I have been avoiding this... Except sleepless night that Steemit has been giving me... i just have to bless life, with this platform
