Keeping a good healthy body
Our body is a very vital thing in our life in which we have to take proper care of and maintain our stature and shapes without being ashamed of any thing, bringing to ourselves the self joy of our body nature without being ashame. Some individuals have form the habit of being ashamed of their body shape due to one thing or another but at the same time they don't help themselves out rather they still do things that will contraindicate issues making them to be very more ashamed of their body shapes and sizes.
Many people caused themselves to be ashamed of themselves yes because of so many reasons which includes: HOW THEY EAT: eating also needs some kind of discipline and control so as to maintain our body intake (the foods we eat ) . But in cases of some individuals, they don't control what the eat all they know is anything that crosses them the buy and eat and when you don't control what gets into the body it might sometimes make you to add unnecessary weight that you will sometimes become ashame of you body shape and size.
WHAT THE EAT AND WHEN THEY EAT IT: many individuals don't know the right time and the right food to eat at a particular time just for example you will see some people eating food (dinner) late at night maybe around 10 or 11 pm and this is mostly found among students, late night foods will not only cause you unnecessary gaining of wait but it can also cause food poison that can be resulted from indigestion and remember this can lead to intestinal obstruction, which is a serious case that might lead to surgery. So let mind when we eat and what we eat late at night. If possible once you notice it is late you can just take fruits and sleep .
LACK OF EXERCISE: Exercise is the best way of burning calories and fats that is gotten from food we eat and when we exercise our body gain many benefits from it such as circulation of blood ( when we exercise our body regulate normally and there will be a good flow of blood round the body), when we exercise well it also gives out body that shape in which we admire . So exercise is very good to our body but when we you don't exercise your body the calories and fat we get from food will just be there making the body to be more obsessed and this can lead to blood clotting, also leading to the rise of blood pressure and also been prone to diabetes.
We have to learn to maintain our body shapes and size most especially by controlling what we eat land also involving ourselves in so many exercises like i mentioned above, that will really help in giving us that choice of body we like. One thing that we need to do also is to maintain a good posture, that is one thing that really helps in Maintaining of our body shapes. We don't need to be ashame of our body no matter how we found ourselves but rather we need to put effort in carrying out some of the activities that will help us a good body stature.
