Healthy Amla to boost immunity

During the winter days, many different foods are consumed in the diet to keep the body's immunity healthy. However, many people keep getting sick.

During these days, there is a large spread of epidemic diseases. Therefore, one should always take proper care of one's health.

During the cold days, in many homes, everyone from children to the elderly is given Amla Chyawanprash to eat. Eating Chyawanprash has many health benefits.

Many different foods found in it help in improving health. Therefore, one should eat one spoon of Chyawanprash regularly, which will keep you healthy.

Therefore, today I will share with you a simple recipe to make Amla Chyawanprash. The ingredients present in Amla are very effective for health. Therefore, you can consume Amla even during cold days. Let's learn about the recipe.

Ingredients:


  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Amla
  • Peppermint
  • Bay
  • Gem powder
  • Whole cardamom
  • Bay leaves
  • Cloves
  • Rose petals
  • Dates
  • Jaggery
  • Masalas
  • Saffron
  • Honey
  • Basil leaves

Recipe:

To make Chyawanprash, first put cinnamon, cloves, anise, cumin, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, rose petals and black pepper in a mixer jar and grind well to make a powder.

Wash and cook the amla. Once it cools down, remove the seeds from it and separate them.

Cut Amla into small pieces. Grind the cooled amla in a mixer. Then add dates and basil leaves to it and grind them well too.

Heat a pan and add ghee to it and add amla paste. After the amla paste is roasted properly, add the date paste to it and cook for a minute.

Then add jaggery to it and keep mixing continuously. After the jaggery is completely melted, add all the prepared spices and saffron threads and mix well and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

the prepared mixture cools down, add honey to it. Store the chyawanprash in a closed container.
