Today I want to participate in this contest which is organised by @suboohi in @healthysteem and i want to talk in this topic more clearly so move forward hurridly and started to talk on this topic
- What do you understand by balanced diet?
A balance diet includes variety of food group with in right ammount of food groups with right proportion and good nutrition which keeps good effects on our health with healthy nutrition minerals and vitamins and also include with the good health
In the balanced diet food group inckudes grain protein fruit and vegetables dairy products also include the top of the list

- Effects of diet on overall health.
The healthy duet always keep good effects on our health so we should take care of our health and mist related to our diet because healthy diet always keep good effects on our body and our brain function through this our brain gi es positive ideas and postive hopes of nl9ur lifestyle and it guves us new energy of kife and give good strength to our body and our routine matters when we use the healthy diet we loose the extra fat and extra calories to our body then our body works correctly and its function work smoothly and positively
If we shouldn't take care of our diet plan then gradually we fell in to the multiple dangerous diseases like diabetes digestive disorder issues cancer and chronic issue weight gain and when anyone gain the weight then the heart disease cholesterol diseases increases very rapidly

If we talk about our daily routine that keep effects on our health cate then we must say that we should adopt the healthy ways and healthy diet thats why we safe from multiple disease in the life due to the healthy diet we adopt the simple way of living and use the simple and healthy food not fry and heavy menu either lunch or dinner
I try to ate the healthy and balanced diet because 2 years ago i had a surgery of galbladder and doctor advised to me that i should changed my lifestyle and changed my eating habits donot use much more oily and fried things just try to eat fruits vegetables and i must drink mostly simple water and try to hydrated myself in the result i try to safe many complicated disease like cholesterol fatty lever and many diffrent chronic issues
I try to manage my sleep duration it help to reduce anxiety and frustration in me another side we must keep exercise to stay healthy and calm in my self it help to gives me energy and strength so these simple things are safe from many disease and many other physical and mental issues
- Are there any diet suggestions based on your experience that are healthy?
Hmm if we say that i already told you in above that i had surgery before 2 years ago of my galbladder
In this case i must careful about my diet schedule i mostly use fully home made which is totally hygienic and neat and clean i also drink planty of simple water 💧 not any cola drinks because it is the reason to destroy our health and our physical strength these thinhs cause bt the joints weakness
So i totally avoid all of these things i just spend normal and simple living style and and try to focus our simple food exercise sleep pattern and eating habits these thing keep safe from disease mental illness stress anxiety and depression
