Balanced diet has a major role in maintaining an healthy living in the human system. It refers to the intake of good varieties of different types of food in the right proportions i.e in an even and need able quantities to Carter for good well-being of the body, health, provide energy, enhances vitality and maintain overall well-being of the body. It has to be properly regulated in an age where some of the nutrients may not be needed due to certain health conditions.
It is very important to understand the components of each of the constituents of a balanced diet for individuals, and families.

In my own words I would describe A balanced diet as a totality or the sum of all the combination that make up a food in the right and desirable proportion for human consumption to provide the necessary macronutrients and micronutrients that is needed to maintain an healthy living. The macronutrients include Carbohydrate, protein, fat and the micronutrients include vitamin and minerals also adequately contains water and fiber.
All this diet are needed in their correct and desirable proportion one to function correctly in the body. When a well-balanced diet is taken it helps to prevent malnutrition, chronic diseases, obesity, and other health issues and enhances healthy living and vitality.

Balanced diet is very vital and important in our daily intake and consumption, it plays a major role in providing the needed nutrients that function in the human body system. This nutrients are needed by the body for a proper functionality, to maintain healthy living. It helps in boasting the immunity of the body, enhancing a proper growth in children. But when the necessary nutrients are deficient in the body body by not taking the proper diet, the the person may suffer from malnutrition,

A balanced diet is so essential and it has a vital role in the growth of children development, and overall wellness. It provides the essential nutrients that enhances the proper growth in children nutrients like, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water and their bodies needs this nutrients to function effectively. Proper Physical Growth and Developments
Bone development through calcium and vitamin D.
Muscle growth from proteins.
When this essential nutrients are not present in their daily intake, it can result in any of the following as a result of malnutrition
It can lead to stunted growth, underweight, or even obesity in cases of poor eating habits.
Deficiency in any of this strong immune boasting nutrients is very harmful to children: Nutrients such as:
(i). Vitamin C from citrus fruits.
(ii). Vitamin A in carrots and green leafy
vegetables a a derivative of Beta Carotene
(iii). Zinc and Iron in meat and legumes.
All these are important in building and maintaining a strong immune system. A good diet helps children fight infections, heal faster, and recover from illnesses more quickly.
Improved Brain Function and Academic Performance. The brain needs glucose from carbs and omega-3 fatty acids and from fish and nuts to function efficiently with other nutrients such as iron, iodine, vitamin B-complex, folic acid etc

Obesity in children so alarming in the world of now a days. It is often as a the result of an unbalanced diet high in, Sugary snacks, fast food, and processed meal.

Yes, Carrots, vegetable and fruit, their nutritional values are very high.
Why I specifically mentioned carrots is on the basis of alarming rate of eye defects alot of people are suffering, taking of carrots and fresh tomatoes which provides vitamin A helps in correcting this eye defects naturally with having to suffer it.
It is highly advisable to add vegetables to most of this processed foods and most of them lacks this nutritional value and balance in them. And Nutritional supplements should be taken regularly to supplement where there may be any deficiency in the nutrition.
Conclusion
Good nutrition is a lifelong commitment. From childhood through old age, eating a balanced diet can enhance quality of life, prevent disease, and promote longevity.
