Balanced Diet
Hello, good night everyone. On this occasion I will participate in a contest with the theme Balanced Diet organized by @suboohi. I also invite my friends @ripon0630, @pandora2010, @pelon53, @kouba01, @sualeha, and @stef1 to participate in this contest.
Health is greatly influenced by various factors, one of which is daily diet. A person will experience adverse effects on their health if they do not maintain a good diet. Therefore, it is very important for those of you who want to stay healthy and be able to carry out activities without obstacles to always maintain a balanced diet. If not done, of course you will experience various negative impacts that will harm yourself. A balanced diet is a step in regulating daily food. The food consumed must contain various types of nutrients in amounts that are appropriate to our body's needs.
A balanced diet must include various nutritional contents that are really needed by the body such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, minerals, and water in the right amounts. A balanced diet is certainly an important thing to maintain body health. Especially for optimal growth in children and in carrying out various dense daily activities. A balanced diet has complete nutritional content because it is important to meet needs. A balanced diet does not have to be an expensive type, but the most important thing is that the food contains complete nutrition.
Daily diet has a huge impact on overall health. By running a healthy and balanced diet and program, it can increase energy and provide the nutrients needed by the body to help prevent various chronic diseases. However, on the other hand, if the daily diet is unhealthy, it can cause digestive problems. You will also experience weight problems, as well as increase the risk of various diseases. An unbalanced diet and insufficient nutrition can cause diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer. If you already have a chronic disease, it will certainly interfere with your various activities.
A balanced and healthy diet must be practiced and carried out with discipline. If not, it will certainly have many negative impacts on health. Personally, I do not apply a diet specifically for health care. I only consume healthy foods and try to avoid types of food that can have negative impacts, both now and in the long term. I usually consume types of food that are not harmful to health. However, for me, breakfast before doing activities is important and I always do it every day. Including vegetables in the daily menu is also a major part of my diet. Because vegetables contain fiber and vitamins that are very much needed by the body.
To maintain good health depends on each individual. Various suggestions given by others will not have any effect if we do not do it consciously. If you want to stay healthy, there is no other way you should do except with a balanced diet. You can also exercise regularly and do physical activities. This life is only temporary and the body is very vulnerable to various things, if we do not take care of it, it will certainly be difficult to realize a healthy life. So my advice is let's start a healthy life from ourselves and our families with a balanced diet and sufficient nutrition.
