Hello Greetings, How are you? I hope all of my friends are fine. let's meet me again I am your very own Faran Nabeel and today here in healthy steem for sharing another creative and informative post with all of you.

Now days, the smoking is on trending but they don't know it is a silent killer. It may seem you look cool or relaxing at the first, but slowly, it starts to damage your lungs and effecting your body from the inside.

Because the cigarettes contain harmful chemicals including the l nicotine and tar, which are very dangerous and directly attack to our lungs and then effect to our brain. While smoking always remember that every puff takes away a part of your life. Si ve away from it.

You may not feel it today, but with time when you getting old, your breathing becomes harder, and coughing becomes regular to you, and even the walking short distances feels like a big struggle for you. You don't run fastly because your lungs were fully damaged.

In these days many people think that smoking helps to release stress, but in the reality, it only adds more problems to your life. It not only affects only your health but also effect those who near and around to you. It is very dangerous for those who don't smoke but you smoking near them.

But try to leave it and when once you stop smoking, your body slowly starts healing. And your lungs get cleaner day by day, you will preventing from many disease. So my dear friends say no to the cigarettes and live a healthy healthy. Always be strong, not just for yourself, but also for your family and friends. Remember, smoking doesn't make you look cool.
