Hello my dear friends, How are you? I hope all of healthy members will be fine and happy . Let's meet me again, I am your very own Faran Nabeel and today I will share a very creative post for users.
Summer brings the bright days, outdoor fun, and the plenty of the sunshine but with all that comes the challenge of staying fresh and cool at all day.
Whether we're at work, heading to a class, or just relaxing at the home, heat can leave us feeling tired and sticky. That's why we all need to know some smart and awesome summer hacks to keep ourselves fresh, active, and glowing at all day.
Start your day with the cold shower to wake up your body and beat the heat from the beginning of your day. Always wear the light-colored, loose cotton clothes because they allow your skin to breathe and absorb less heat at this season.
Most important Stay hydrated! Drinking water with mint or lemon, not only cools you but also keeps your skin clear and fresh.
Carry the wet wipes or the small face mist spray with the rose water for an instant refresh wherever you go or visit any place. Use light and water-based moisturizers and sunscreens to avoid from greasy skin. Also, try to avoid to eat spicy, heavy meals during the hot because days they raise your body temperature.
These little tips can make a very big difference in how we feel each day. So, enjoy the summer season with confidence, freshness, and a smile because the summer should feel fun, not the exhausting us!
Thank you so much for reading. Stay tuned with me for more creative blogs.

What I love in the summer is putting a Watermelon in the blender and mixing it until it is a juice -
I then put the mixture into the refrigerator
It is a refreshing drink with natural sugar that is great after workouts or any time on hot days
You can also add in other fruit in the blender if you wish such as blueberries, raspberries, bananas, Kiwis, Strawberries etc.
