"Kidney Diseases"
What do you know about kidney disease?
Kidney disease is a disease that makes our kidneys unable to function properly, if this happens then our body's energy will be greatly reduced so that our strength in doing activities can decrease drastically.
Kidney disease can also occur due to various factors such as kidney infections, unhealthy diets and genetic factors. Other factors that cause kidney disease include obesity, having a weak immune system, having a family history of kidney disease and side effects of drugs such as antibiotics, antivirals, stomach acid relievers, NSAIDs and diuretics.
Have you or someone you know ever had kidney problems?
I once met and saw someone who had kidney disease, he had a healthy body at first until now he has kidney disease, he now has a body condition that is easily weak, and one of the reasons that caused him kidney disease is because he did not drink enough water after eating.
Therefore, he also always reminds us to always drink enough water every day and after eating so that the kidneys are not too tired to work, because if the kidneys are tired of working due to lack of water, our kidneys will experience problems that make our kidneys sick.
How can we prevent and manage kidney disease?
Preventing kidney disease can be done by implementing a healthy lifestyle such as exercising, maintaining a diet and checking health regularly.
In maintaining a diet we can consume foods that are low in salt, fat and high in fiber, consume lots of fruits, vegetables and also grains and others.
Then we can prevent kidney disease by exercising such as walking, swimming or cycling, we can also do high-intensity sports with a minimum of 150 minutes per week or 20 minutes per day.
Here are some ways to manage kidney disease:
- Exercise regularly
