"My Relationship With Sleep".
How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough?
Each night I get 10 hours of sleep. I go to bed around 9 pm, which sometimes is 10 pm, and sleep. I wake up around 7 am on days when I have nothing to do. But on the day that I have something to do the next day, I go to sleep around 9 pm and wake up around 5 am or 6 am and get ready for work. Well, I think it is partially enough for me because I do sleep during the day, but it is not as compared to the hours that I do sleep at night. Night sleep is usually the longest hour of sleep for me.
Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens)?.
Yes, I often follow a sleep routine like reading and meditation. As for avoiding screens, it is light that I do avoid. Each time I want to sleep, I don't like sleeping at night when the light is turned on, because if I turn and look at the light shining on my face, I find it difficult to sleep.
What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.)
It is noise and mobile phones that disturb my sleep. Late night makes me wake up late the next day. If I sleep late at night, it means I will wake up late because I didn't sleep on time, and also I hardly sleep in a noisy environment. If I am sleeping and I begin hearing noise, I would just wake up, and it is usually annoying to me.
Tell us about the negative impacts of not getting enough sleep and the positive impacts of getting enough sleep on our health.
One of the negative impacts of not getting enough sleep is falling sick, such as having headaches, Body pain, and tiredness and weakness of the body. The positive impacts of getting enough sleep on our health are growing, and we are becoming healthier and stronger. Having enough sleep makes us grow well and stay strong.
