It's very complicated for a man to sleep when he hasn't yet settled in terms of financial ways; even when you tried to sleep, you have no comfort at all especially in this current world where everything is costly, "cause what would you and your family eat when you fall asleep"?

Is the question not questioning? Of course it does and it hit different. Man can only sleep comfortably when he's financially stable, I meant in such a way that he can provide shelter for the family. Thus sleeping is very crucial as it has several benefits to our health and I'll like to share my idea about sleep with you all.

How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough?

Uhhh this days I spent most of my night hours haunting money as the economy is hitting harder; the estimated hours I usually sleep each night is range from 5-6 hours per night , this means that I slept at 1 o'clock AM and wake up at 6 or 7 o'clock AM. Such is life of kidi40.

Sleeping.

Is it okay? Nope it isn't okay for me, the sad reality is that I know it's not okay and there's nothing I can do about. Normal people sleep from 7/8 PM and woke at 6/8 AM but mine I sleep at AM and still woke at AM. Sometimes there's a part of me that still wants to sleep, like desperately but duties would keep calling and I gotta respond to them, so man the time I sleep at night each day is never enough.

Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens)?.

I'm not gonna lie bro, I don't follow any particular sleep routine but one thing is sure, I sleep whenever I have the chance. It can be very complicated to sleep when I'm handling my phone especially on a very important project, could be creating a content here in my blog, having a fun conversation with my friends, watching an interesting movie and etc, things like these makes it complicated to sleep.

But then, the longer the time I spent with my phone especially during a night hours, the more I draw closer to feeling sleepy, so maybe not avoiding sleep makes me sleep more than avoiding screen. Meanwhile reading? Nope I don't read regularly and I haven't slept while reading.

What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.)

I'll pick two from the above, noise and Mobile. Noise is such an annoying and unpleasant sound no one wants especially when sleeping because it prolonged loudness to the ear which disturb sleep. I usually feel uncomfortable to sleep if there's noises, children's noises, loud music, people chanting and etc.

Phone might later results in sleeping but not as soon as I want, it actually takes hours before I get to sleep. I won't say stress because it makes me sleep better when I have the chance.

Tell us about the negative impacts of not taking enough sleep and positive impacts of taking enough sleep on our health.

Yeah it's quite true that there's a negative impact of not taking enough sleep and at the same time there's several positive impacts of taking enough sleep, I'll be highlighting few below.

Conducting BP test.Test results.

Months ago i visited a doctor to conduct BP test and at the end of it, I realized that my BP is high. High blood pressure is a result of not taking enough sleep especially at night.

Not taking enough sleep is very risky because it can affect day activities like impromptu accidents when driving a car, weaken our immune system, affects our weight and etc.

It can possibly lead to severe headache during, constant tiredness, developed mood swings and etc. generally not taking enough sleep has several negative effects on our physical any mental health and if possible we should love ourselves by taking enough sleep to avoid to these consequences.

Having enough sleep makes us happy.

We brighten our mood when we have enough sleep, everything seems good as if the whole world is flawless. No stress feelings, no headache and weakness instead we feel strong and energetic to handle our daily activities.

When I was having a health talk with my doctor concerning my high blood pressure, he assured me that having enough sleep can help lower high blood pressure, in addition it helps us to grow healthy, boosts our immune system and even improve cardiovascular health.

In conclusion, having a good relationship with sleep is the best situation that can happen to us human beings, sleeping is such a medication that helps us grow healthy regardless of our condition, we should be grateful to God for the gift of sleep.
