"My Relationship With Sleep"

Dear friends, Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullah. I hope everyone is well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today, I have come to participate in a contest of my dear brother @abdullaw2, which seems important to me at this moment. Therefore, I have come to participate and to share something with you all. Let's get started.
How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough?
Sleep is extremely important for every human being, and it is particularly essential for those who have life and consciousness. It is crucial for every individual to get enough sleep at night, and if there is not enough sleep at night, one must make sure to complete that sleep during the day. Personally, when it comes to my sleep, let me tell you.
I do not get too much sleep at night, usually around four to five hours, which is not sufficient. In our institution, we memorize the Quran, and for that, the classes we have to attend require a lot of time and effort. This has to be managed both at the beginning and end of the night. As a result,
we do not get enough sleep at night, and neither do my students, nor do I. I have observed that there hasn't been any other system in our country until now. However, one thing is that two hours of sleep is given during the day. Still, I believe it's not enough because nighttime sleep is more important than daytime sleep.
Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens)?.
I work at an institution, and this institution is one that teaches the Quran. There are rules and regulations here that I have to follow. Although I sleep less at night, I have enough time to sleep during the day. At night, I sleep approximately five hours on average. However, I get a sufficient amount of time to sleep during the day.
Additionally, I sleep five hours at night every day, and during the day, I sleep a minimum of two hours, which is from 10 AM to 12 PM. I also eat at the right times to take care of my personal health. I study and teach at the right times. I maintain my routine through the five daily prayers and recitation of the Quran.
What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.)
Disruption of sleep is a very important issue for many people, as some people's sleep is disturbed due to various disruptions while trying to meet their need for sleep. I am also going to face this problem. I do not like disruptions to my sleep, but there are certain things that force us to confront reality. For example, we work at an institution and there are many policies in this institution.
To put it clearly, I would say that when it is my sleeping time during the day, a general class starts next to my room and the students study and make noise, which causes disruption to my sleep. Additionally, I have a significant obsession with my mobile phone. If anything comes up on Facebook or YouTube, I get caught up in it and lose track of time, eating into my sleep hours. These two things disrupt my sleep.
Tell us about the negative impacts of not taking enough sleep and positive impacts of taking enough sleep on our health.
Every person needs a certain amount of sleep, whether it is adequate or minimal; however, if it is not achieved properly, it can have both positive and negative effects, which could be due to an excess or a lack of sleep. Therefore, I have discussed below the negative effects of lack of sleep and the positive effects of adequate sleep.

Due to not getting enough sleep, I must inevitably face some kind of illness.
There will be skin problems and it will look like an aging person.
