Heat stroke is an extremely hazardous health disease that arises when a person stays too long in the sun or works hard in hot weather. Although our bodies have a built-in cooling mechanism heat stroke can occur when we become too hot and are unable to cool down. High fever headaches lightheadedness and occasionally fainting are some of the symptoms it might induce. This illness is dangerous and requires immediate medical attention since it can harm vital organs including the kidneys heart or brain.
In hot temperatures we need exercise caution to prevent heat stroke. Wear light clothing stay inside during the warmest parts of the day and drink lots of water. A person may have heat stroke if they get weak experience dry red skin or stop perspiring. If they are able to drink move them to a cool location call for assistance and give them water. This issue is easily preventable with minimal care.

The initial symptoms of heat stroke may include a severe headache lightheadedness and an extremely hot body. Despite the heat the person may stop perspiring which is a warning indicator. Their skin may become heated to the touch dry and red. Some people may start speaking strangely feel weak or become disoriented. They may even faint in certain situations. Sometimes the body temperature rises to over 104°F (40°C) which is extremely dangerous and requires immediate medical attention.
Muscle cramps nausea and a rapid heartbeat are other symptoms of heat stroke. The individual may be unable to stand correctly due to acute fatigue. The risks are higher for children the elderly and persons who work outside in the sun. Heat stroke can harm the kidneys heart and brain if it is not treated right away. Therefore if someone exhibits these symptoms they should be brought to a cool shaded area and receive medical attention right once.

To help lower the fever you can also apply cold damp towels or ice packs to their feet armpits neck and forehead. Immediately contact for emergency assistance if they appear severely disoriented or faint. Heat stroke can quickly become dangerous so don't delay. Continue to monitor their pulse and breathing. Maintain their composure and coolness until medical assistance arrives. Their life can be saved if the appropriate first aid is administered at the appropriate moment.
