"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise." - Benjamin Franklin

How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough?

I take sleep seriously because my health is important. I aim for 7 to 10 hours of sleep each night, except when I have to work overnight.

Generally, to get sufficient sleep, you should aim for 7 to 9 hours each night. Waking up feeling strong, alert, refreshed, and focused indicates that you had a good night's sleep.

Whenever I wake up with a headache or body pain, it signals that I didn't sleep enough, but I do my best to ensure I get adequate rest at night.

Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens)?

If I have to sleep, I steer clear of lights. When the lights go out, I really enjoy it and drift off, but with the lights on, I can stay awake all night without sleeping.

Another habit I have is watching movies; I often try to use them to help me fall asleep, especially boring ones. This practice really helps me when I struggle to sleep.

What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.)

Noise disrupts my sleep. I really dislike noise, no matter how minor it is; as soon as it occurs, I wake up and can't fall back asleep.

Whenever I try to sleep, I switch off my phone and ensure my windows are locked so I won't hear any sounds until I wake up. Even the slightest noise can wake me and keep me awake indefinitely, which leads to headaches.

Tell us about the negative impacts of not taking enough sleep and positive impacts of taking enough sleep on our health.
