Do you know that water is one of the best gifts you can offer yourself?.


Most times, ignorance has made us go in search of even more expensive things that will improve our health, like engaging in fitness routines, aiming for costly diets and even health improvement pills.

Unknowing to us that the simplest key to a healthy life is always right in front of us. And that source is just the ordinary water, as we assume.

Many times, we failed to acknowledge how the body is always talking to us. Your body can detect when things aren't right with you, most times when you feel so tired, have a sudden headache or dry lips.

That may be a message that if you can listen attentively, you may understand that all your body is requesting at that moment is water.


It's more than just water; but a GIFT from nature.

We all assumed that water is all we need to digest food or to quench our thirst.

But little do we know that the greatest and simplest source of life is right in our hands.

Do you ever wonder why your skin always stays fresh, your heartbeat stays normal, and your brain remains sharp?.

Every part of the human body needs water to function properly; the muscles, the bones, the blood, etc.

If your body lacks enough water, you may not fall sick, and you may not notice that your body is fighting on its own.

All you may be experiencing at this moment may be mood swings, energy loss, dullness and tiredness.


The quantity of water we should take...

Drinking enough water is magic. There's no law against this, depending on how much you want it.

The best routine for drinking water is to take it immediately you wake up from bed, then continue taking it bit by bit throughout the day.

Especially during hot days or days when you may have a long walk, you will have to drink a lot of water.

Make a habit of taking a sip every minute you can, not necessarily to finish a large quantity at a time.

If you feel uncomfortable drinking just water, try adding any natural fruit juice of your choice to give it a sweet taste.


When you get so bored drinking water, try other natural water sources which will still keep you healthy...

There are also other means to stay hydrated, especially when water is not available at the moment.

You can go for vegetables and fruits like watermelon, cucumber, oranges, pawpaw, pineapple, etc, which also have lots of water content.


Habits we should adapt, never to deprive our body of water

Also, we should practice this simple routine, then our body will never lack the quantity of water it needs to build up, if we take it seriously.

  • Before anything else, drink water immediately you get out of bed in the morning.

  • Ensure to carry a water bottle when going out.

  • Always drink some water before having your meals to aid your digestion.

  • Don't just go for drinks throughout the day; find time to drink natural water even once.

My advice to everyone is that...

Never joke with your health, you don't have to get sick before running Helter Skelter, engage with simple health tips, which can keep you healthy and prevent you from visiting the hospital for even a longer time.

Maybe something like water, don't just drink it for drinking's sake, but drink it for a reason best known by you.

Yes, our body is always in need of water. Don't let it beg for it; always make it available and at the right time.
