For the first time , I have tried to cook Goat 🧠 Brain Meat

It's good to see you all again. I wish all of of will be great and enjoying healthier and happier life along with loving and caring family and friends. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I am also good and spending Blessed life with my adorable kids.
Today's going to share with you very unique but delicious one #recipe of Goat Brain Throughout my life before getting married, I couldn't hear , cook and eat this recipe. Because my mother also don't cook it at home and we also couldn't get chance to eat from at any restaurant.
Well, The family whose family member became the spouse of my whole remaining life are belong to very traditional background. They fondly to cook traditional foods such as **Bong Pae, Harisa , Nihare, Pae and Maghz (Goat Brain ) my mother in law is the perfect cooking chef of all of them meals. For the very first time , I have eaten from her hands in my in-laws. This was miracly delicious and so much tasty meal. I decided to cook my self once a time .
Well time's up to cook it definitely it will be not 💯 same liked her but I will surely try and learn and one day expert to cook it.

It was very expensive and very unique techniques to cook it that's why , Very few people knows to cook who are fondly to eat it. I have taken two brain of two goats. And I used fresh herbs for making the process of cooking.
- Onions
- Tomato's
- Red & Green chillies
- Garlic and Ginger
- Coriander leaves

The tip is used chopped all the ingredients in it. Very fine paste of all the herbs are the main thing to add taste . Because the brain meat is very thick and soft. We need very soft hands to cook in the very fine paste of the veggies. Here's on I light brown the chopped onions in the cooking pot then add chopped garlic Ginger and chillies paste and let them cook for golden brown.

Then I chopped the fresh or frozen tomato's made the fine paste and added jn the cooking pot. Then I will add spices ( salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder) then add Brain meat . With the very soft hands , We will stirred it for cooking process.

This is an traditional meal. For developing taste and very unique fragrance we will add home made Dasi Ghee in the making process. Without adding it this taste and recipe is incompleted. That's why it should be added for developing unique taste in it.

It's time to presentation and the final look. This recipe is all about the fresh and greeny ingredients that's enhance the taste and heart loving presentation. After the cooking, I sprinkled the fresh chopped coriander leaves. That's looked great and also ousting nice fragrance of the final look of our traditional dish.I made it for the first time that's why it's final presentation was quite good. But It's taste was same like mother in-law cooked.
