Harmones play major role in body. Whole body's activities are depend on harmones. We get sleep, we get anger, we become happy and much more because of harmones' reaction.
Harmones play a role of messenger and send important messages to body parts and after receiving messages, body reacts accordingly.
It also helps to maintain body balance. So balance of harmones are very necessary otherwise people face a lots of problems.

1. Insulin Harmones : Have you ever seen any diabetic patient who gets injection of insulin ? Because they face high level of sugar . It happens because one harmon gets unbalanced and disturb and that is Insulin Harmon . It comes out from Pancreas and it helps to maintain sugar level in blood and that's why diabetic patient use insulin injections.
2. Thyroxine harmone : Have you ever seen thyroid patient, especially after delivery women face thyroid problems because one harmon gets unbalanced and disturb and that is thyroxine harmone. It helps to maintain balance of increase or decrease level of body, it also controls metabolism. It is very important harmone in body.
3. Adrenaline : is very important harmone because now a days stress problem is increasing and people use to get treatment of stress, fear and much more. This harmone help to body to maintain and control stress to save you from high blood pressure and brain hamroege.

Yes, In 2017 my mom was facing high stress, high blood pressure and suddenly she got brain hamroege and went to coma because of adrenaline harmones got unbalanced and it failed to control her stress level and her high Blood pressure shooted to 210 level and results was she went in coma and after 3 months, she died.
It is very sad moment of my life, I know this because at that moment, I was very much involved in her treatment and I got to know from Senior Neurologist who made me aware about harmone.

How can we maintain a healthy hormonal balance in our daily life? |

First you should understand that it is very important to maintain harmones and never take lightly other wise result will be dangerous. Now according to my experience, I am going to share how we can maintain healthy harmonal balance :
1. Every one says eat proper food which are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals because healthy diet are very necessary but how many people follow this golden rule? People use to consume fast food, junk food and soft drinks which impacts very bad on harmones activities and generates many problems. So add high protein food, fibre food and also drink 10-12 glass of water.
2. How many people go for exercise ? Exercise and Yoga makes you fit from outer side and makes you healthy from inner side because. Morning walk is good option to stay healthy and maintain harmones' balance
3. My wife use to sleep at 4 am, she uses mobile very much and that's why her Harmon balance got unbalanced. So my advice to her and to all people that everyone should sleep for 8-10 hours otherwise it generates high health issue.
4. Control your stress is best way to maintain harmones. You get 24 hours in a whole day so atleast do whatever you want to do for some minutes to get happiness and makes self happy and trust me it works magical.
