I love it in a way that in order to fall asleep I need to have about 15 minutes absolute mental Silence, otherwise I won't fall asleep, for I have never gotten tired again for many years. So this state of mental Silence is the only way for me to fall into sleep :)
This is great in a way, because this way the practise of mental Silence is not a "can" or "should" but a natural necessity :)

Exactly, the natural state of the mind is to be quiet. The programming one receives through out his life puts a lot of stress on him, forcing him to over-think every single detail.
