Very good post dear @alignment :)

I suffered from depression and had so many negative thoughts, fears and worries. Once I started meditating, this got more and more better as my thoughts didn't control me like that anymore and I was able to watch them from third person perspective intead of thinking I am my thoughts. This really helped me to arrive in the present moment and improve my menatl and physical health SO, SO much! :)
