Today, some guests were visiting our house, so I thought I would make meat curry for them and share its recipe with you guys. I hope that my recipe today will be liked by you guys.

When the ginger and garlic and tomatoes are well mixed, sprinkle a little water in it and fry it a little.
Then I added red pepper, black pepper, coriander, all the dry spices and I added half a spoon of turmeric to it and I fried it well. After frying, I cleaned the meat that I had kept.
Now I have browned the meat well and added green chillies and a little coriander to it and browned it slightly. When it started to smell good, I then added half a spoon of hot spices and fried it well. Now I added three glasses of water to it, closed the lid and let it cook for Twenty minutes. After twenty minutes, the water in it dried up.
When the water in it was not completely dry, I added a glass of water to it, so I let it cook by stirring it lightly so that the ghee in it would come out. At the same time, I took a little green coriander and chopped it finely. When the water was as much as I wanted to keep, I kept it according to taste.
Now I turned off the stove and put coriander in it and checked the salt to see if the salt and pepper were enough. I have checked the salt and it is absolutely bad. Now our delicious curry is ready.
