There hasn't been much production in our factory since this morning. There were some issues in the electrical and mechanical sections, so the melting section, i.e., billet production, has been closed since this morning. There was less pressure at work in the office, so I reviewed everything in my department thoroughly, so that if anything was missing, it could be recovered. The picture you see here is the continuous casting plate of our factory, where metal liquid casting is done at a temperature of 1600 degrees and produced as MS bars. The people who work here are very risky, and basically, those who do this kind of work are used to it. I took this photo from about 20 meters away. The liquid metals are poured into a ladle of 18 tons capacity, and it is placed in this position. Then there is a 25 ml hole on the bottom side of the ladle, which is initially closed. If everything is fine, it is open. Then the casting work begins.

Today, the condition of our scrap yard is not that good, stock is low, 6 to 7 trucks are bringing goods, some of the goods in the cars are not that good. So everyone in our grading department is investigating here. If any kind of irregularities are found, the entire car will be confiscated. The head of the department is coming here; he doesn't usually come here, but he's here today to see. This is a picture of the scruff field. I went to the casting section again after seeing the condition of the scruff field. I was on my way there, look how MS bar comes out of the liquid metal. This time it will be directly hot charged and come out as a TMT bar.

This is the only old employee in our company; he is very hardworking and meticulous. Any mistake in his work will cause the liquid metal to leak out at any time. He makes drums from MS sheets; the weight of a drum will be 260 to 270 kg. We buy MS sheets directly from the market, and then he rolls them into bands using machines. Then he makes them according to size. His section spends about 13 lakh to 13.5 lakh taka per month on materials alone. If you want to do production, you need this drum; otherwise, the production won't happen. I went there today to see how he makes drums and if he needs any materials.

I went to our company's main scrap yard, where there is a huge amount of scrap stored in a specific area of the yard, which has been lying there for the past six months. There are some reasons for keeping it there. And there is also a yard inside where the goods are unloaded every day and taken from there for consumption. All the goods that are here have been brought from abroad. They have been kept mainly for audit purposes. The audit is kept to show.

I went here with my office colleague, who works in the admin operations section, but he hasn't been in this department for a long time, and he is a very old officer of the company. When the two of us were returning from a field visit, a man was selling hot patties on the street. He told me to eat patties, but I said no. Because I don't remember ever eating such a patty. Today, I was asked a lot to eat it, what else should I do? In the end, I took it to fulfill his request. It's not like that. But it was not a patty, it was a vegetable patty. It felt good at first, but after a while, gas formed in my stomach. That's why I don't eat such things outside. But he can eat all kinds of food outside without any problem.

Today, after a long time, I went to the hobby farm of our company's founder chairman, Madam. Our Madam bought two cows and two goats with great enthusiasm. Today, from two cows, there have been 7 cows, and two cows give about 20 milk per day, and the condition of the goats is also very good. There have been many goats. The most joyful news is that this time on Eid al-Adha, a cow was sacrificed from this farm. Even more joyful news is that the day after Eid, two khasis were slaughtered from this farm for our Hindu community. In the afternoon, the two of us visited the farm together.

After many days of office holidays, he will walk with me along the railway line to his home. I say, let's go and talk. His house is half a kilometer away from mine. I am walking along the railway line, and the train on the railway line is going from Narayanganj to Dhaka. Today, the weather was such that the train passed over the flyover. He liked the feeling of the train passing over the flyover and underneath. He told me that if the weather is good, he will go with you. With the jhal muri seller next to the railway line, he said he would eat jhal muri, what a problem, he would eat jhal muri, and I would have to eat it too. Anyway, we both ate jhal muri together. I liked jhal muri a lot. At first, I didn't want to eat it, but I liked it a lot. However, I had a good day with him today.
