The Diary Game: My Less Busy Day 8/09/2025

Good day, everyone. It's another day of activities. I hope you all are great.
My day was not all that busy, so I want to share with you how it goes and how I go through the process of the day.

In the morning as I woke up from bed, I was feeling lonely because my husband had traveled for work for 2 days now. It makes my house too lonely to live in, but my son has been a playmate to me as he will be playing around. So this is making me feel like going to shop early and also coming back early. As I was in the shop, I called my staff to come early so that I can show her what to do, and I will also continue with old tasks in the shop. I prepared breakfast and put it in a food pack for myself and my son. By 9 O'clock AM I was in the shop, and I opened it, swept the floor, and cleaned the sewing machine and tables. I don't always wait for my staff to come; I am the kind of person that doesn't keep people waiting.

When my staff arrived, I showed her what to do, and I continued with what I was doing. The reason she came late was that she took permission the past day, and I accepted the permission.

I was not too long staying in the shop because my son was disturbing me, and I had to go home so that I could solve his problem with his food.
I showed my staff what to do, and I left the shop by 1 o'clock pm.

In the afternoon, I was at home to prepare lunch for my son. He was disturbed by eating rice, so when I arrived home, I went to the kitchen and started preparing the lunch. I was scared of the gas if it would take me too long to finish the cooking, but I thank God because it was rice that doesn't stay long on the fire. I parboiled the rice and prepared the ingredients and cooked it. My son was so happy when he saw the pot of rice on fire, after which the rice had been done. I saved my son his lunch, and after I bathed him, he slept.

By 5 O'Clock pm in the evening, I was in need of plantain to cook, so I went outside and sat down looking for the hawkers that always go around the street selling the plantains. After sitting down outside for 1 hour, I saw one of them, and I called the seller and bought it; it was not that costly. I went inside and started preparing the plantain. I needed to cook it locally, so I peeled the plantain and cooked it. That was 7 o'clock pm. After that, I prepared sauce in local form and ate my dinner.

It was a nice experience, using only the red oil, onion, and fresh pepper to cook.
After eating the meal, I took my bath and retired to bed and relaxed.
It was a nice working day.
