Canberra Outlet Center, which was formerly DFO Canberra, is one of the biggest Homemaker Hubs and Direct Factory Outlets in Canberra. You can buy anything that you need in your home with a difference. You get them at a discounted price.

 

This shopping center is in Fyshwick, an area famous for big outlets in Canberra. I had been to this place hundreds of times but still counting how many world-famous brands have their stores in this large shopping mall.

Yesterday, I visited three of them, but I will give you Howards Storage World, which is located at shop number T23 in Canberra Outlet Center.

As soon as you enter the store you find a large and varied variety of products what we use in our kitchen, laundry, bedroom, bathroom, living room, office, drawing room , sitting room, children's room, study, and other places.

I wanted to buy a clothes stand, as it was almost 45% off, but it had no option of folding. The car we used yesterday did not have enough space, so we missed the opportunity, as it was the last piece at that price.

I will give you photos of different sections to give you an idea of what you can buy here. The prices change as per the availability of the products so there is no price list on any of these products but the store managers quote them on demand.

There were hundreds of sections in this store. I wanted to buy this one but as I said it won't fit in my car so I left it. They had even tagged it but then I requested them to keep it until Wednesday if possible.

I will give you an example about the further discounts at Howards. Suppose you are a member of the store, so what is available at $79.95 you get for $63.95, or what is available for $49.95 you get for $39.95, and so on, and this is an additional discount. So there is no fixed price list, but it all depends on store management.
