Nature is power

If you adopt the laws of nature in your life, then there is only joy. If you get the company of God's greatest creation, nature, then the stress of life goes away and happiness is attained.

Every divine creation contains elements that improve our mood, which provide better nutrition to the cells of our body. But we have excluded many elements of nature from our daily routine. New experiments show that spending some time with nature gives a person freshness and new energy.

I remember the time when I was in Nepal and visited a Buddhist Gompa where they talked about the elements and what nature has in store for us. They discussed water, plants, earth, air, fire, and even the birds and animals. I felt a different strength taking over me. Being a nature lover who spends a lot of time bushwalking and in other places within nature, in mountains, and along rivers. That session in Nepal stayed in my memory for a long time. I often remember that session, which soothes me instantly.

Do you know about the concept of forest bathing? In this, interested people are taken on a forest tour. During the forest tour, friendship with trees, connection with ponds and lakes, and love for air, soil, and fauna are taught.

The person is bathed in the fragrance of trees and the winds blowing through the leaves of the forest as well as the enchanting aroma and sound of the forest.

By breathing in the fresh air of nature, a person makes his lungs pure and healthy. In daily life, there are seasons whose nature is that winter will be cold, summer will be hot, and monsoon will be rainy. Similarly, we are all surrounded by our nature, qualities, and actions. We experience happiness and sorrow only because of our qualities, time, and nature.

The best of life is influenced by coming close to nature. Man is a part of nature. He is a part of it. If we do not connect with our origin, we will be broken. It is not enough to just see nature and live with it. It is also necessary to enjoy it, experience it, and imbibe it in life. If we do not sit near a tree and experience sympathy and compassion, then our work is useless.

If we do not sit near a lake and experience the love of a mother, then what is the use of it? Sand, water, forests, mountains, and animals, all these are parts of this nature. We have a relationship with them. We have to connect ourselves with that unbreakable relationship, that eternal relationship.

If we do not have love for flowers, plants, and animals, then our life will lack beauty. We should understand that it is necessary to stay close to nature. All of us, including animals or whatever nature has given to the world, are not different from each other.

This will bring a positive change in our thinking. Remember, if we make nature our friend, only then will the elements of nature become a part of our life.

And yes, another truth is that by spending some time with nature, a person gets freshness and new energy. By inhaling the fresh air of nature, a person not only makes his lungs pure and healthy but also his brain gets new power to think.
