Daily Dairy - August 12 2025

I was hoping for a good week but it's not been so. Yesterday and today were pretty bad. We had less than 70% usle which is terrible. We also destroyed some oven lamps. When I say we, I don't mean intentionally but then, it happened during my shift. I've been here for 6 weeks, the three known occasions of oven lamps getting destroyed all happened on my shift. When you say a prayer, say one for me. I'm yet to make my mark and it wouldn't look good when my shift isn't doing well. The unfortunate thing is, most of the issues are from my machine. Hopefully, things get better soon.
