My Diary Game: WHEN YOU CAN WORK WITH TIME - 18/9/2025

Hello, amazing Steemians, I guess you are all doing fine? May God bless your day with peace and joy in Jesus Christ's name, AMEN21X.

One thing I know about every day is how unique it is and the lineup of activities once you wake up. Sometimes you go out strong and come back weak and exhausted, but looking back to see how you were able to manage yourself and time (at times multi-tasking to see everything done), you will thank God for the day after all.

I got out of bed very early yesterday, as I had determined not to wrestle with my alarm. It rang once, and I was already on my knees for prayers. Thereafter, family devotion, which we took from 5:45 am to 6:05 am. I bathed and went to school. I was part of the school assembly which commences as usual from 7:45 am to 8:05 am. I returned to my office afterward and prepared to go to classes. I handled Computer Studies in about 4 classes. I was very tired at some point because of shouting, and I did my best to help them understand me better. As I didn't take all the classes to the Computer Laboratory since we were not doing practicals this resumption week, I had to lift one of the computers to the classroom as a teaching aid for that moment.

My headache was how they spent the holidays, and it looked as if they had forgotten a whole lot. It was funny that the questions they could not answer, after my explanations, they would shout “Yes! Teacher, I remember”. I was like, are these children punishing me? Of course not! It was a long holiday, and they needed to be stimulated with previous knowledge tirelessly.

Before I covered all the classes, it was already afternoon, adding to their break time. I gave class and homework immediately after each lesson to help them practice as well. When I was tired, I rested in my office and attended to other clerical and administrative duties. This is week 1 since resumption. Therefore, everything and the staff need to be for a smooth delivery and working environment.

I left school and got home at about 2:30 p.m., and I took a nap for a few minutes and prepared for a meeting that was scheduled for 4 pm. I managed to clear my eyes and left for the meeting. I was there for about 5:37 pm, before the rest came for the meeting to go ahead. It was a wonderful moment to deliberate on what will help our organization to thrive with ease. Our boss at the close of the meeting offered us wine to restore our strength as we went back home. The meeting closed at exactly 7:30 pm. By this time, I couldn't find a means of transportation, so I had to trek a reasonable distance. I was stressed out completely, adding to the schoolwork.

I was at home around 8:12 pm, and I just sat in the sitting room to watch a football match, then listened to the news, had dinner, bathed, and slept.

I had my devotion and went to school. And engaged myself in the classroom and other administrative services. I attended an important meeting that was mandatory for all workers. Watching Champions League, ot left out, and i listened to the news, had dinner, and slept.

1. Don't fail to pray to your God when you wake up. Keep it short instead of avoiding it.
2. The teaching profession is not easy. Be patient and treat people's children with the love of God.
3. Help the slow learners to catch up, and never abuse them. Multi-tasking is not easy, but looking at its achievements, you will be glad you did.
