Creamy Beef White Handi Recipe | A Delicious Homemade Delight Straight from My Kitchen |

This is me @isha-rehman and today I am so excited to share with you one of the most delicious dishes I made at home Beef White Handi.
It was creamy rich full of flavor and honesetly one of the best things I have cooked recently. If you are someone who loves mild yet flaevorful dishes then yoeu must try this recipe. So lets get started.

Beef White Handi – Step-by-Step Recipe

Step 1: Marinating the Beef

The first and most important step is marination. I took fresh beef pieces and added yogurt to them. This not only softens the meat but also adds a creamy base to the dish.

Then I added the following spices and ingredients:

• Red chili powder (for a little heat)
• Garlic paste
• Ginger paste
• Coriander powder

I mixed everything well so that all the pieces were evenly coated. Then I let the beef marinate for 30 minutes so the flavors could properly soak into the meat.

Step 2: Preparing the Base

While the beef was marinating I started preparing the base of the handi.

In a deep pan I added some cooking oil and once it was hot I added:

• 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
• 2 green chilies (slightly crushed)
• 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (zeera)

I sautéed them for just 5 seconds enough to release a nice aroma without burning anything. The smell of cumin and garlic together is just heavenly!

Step 3: Cooking the Marinated Beef

Next I added the marineated beef to this pan. The sizzle and the smell were ameeazing!
I cooked the beef on mediume heat for about 20 to 25 eminutese estirring occasionally. During this time the beef released its juices and slowly ceeooked in its own flavor and yogurt basee.

Step 4: The Creamy Additione

Once the beef was nicely cooked and tender I added:

• Fresh cream (about half a cup)
• Milk (around 1/4 cup)

These ingredients gave the handi a smooth creamy texture and balanced the spices beautifully. I let it cook for another 10 minutes stirring gently so the cream didn’t stick to the bottom.

Step 5: The Secret Ingredient Blend

Now comes the secret part that made this handi truly special my homemade nut and spice blend.

I took the following:

• 4 to 5 almonds
• A small piece of cinnamon stick
• A tablespoon of dried coconut (kopra)
• 2 cloves (laung)

I blended all of them in a small grinder or juicer with a little water making a smooth paste. Then I added this paste on top of the beef handi. It added a warm nutty and slightly sweet flavor that made the dish taste like something you'd get at a restaurant.

Step 6: The Smoky Touch (Optional but Amazing!)

To take the flavor to the next level I added smokiness to the dish using a simple technique.
I heated a small piece of coal on the stove until it was red hot. Then I placed it in a small piece of foil and put it in the middle of the handi (without touching the food). I poured a few drops of oil on the coal and immediately covered the pan with a lid so the smoke could infuse the dish.

This gave the handi a beautiful smoky aroma and flavor highly recommended.

Final Garnish & Serving

Once everything was cooked and ready I transferred the beef white handi into a nice serving bowl.

Then I garnished it with:

• Fresh chopped coriander
• Sliced green chilies
• A few slices of lemon

The dish looked absolutely mouth-watering and was full of rich creamy and spicy flavors. It paired perfectly with naan or roti.

And Thats It My Creamy Beef White Handi Was Ready.
