in Hindwhale Communitylast month

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

Today again, I was quick to get up as it was my friend’s marriage day, and I needed to be present at every occasion. A lot of things need to be done on the wedding day, and many responsibilities fall on friends when it comes to managing the arrangements. After waking up, I performed ablution and went to the nearby mosque for morning prayers. This is how I usually begin my day—with peace and a sense of positivity that helps me stay focused throughout and deal with challenges with a calm and composed mindset. Offering the morning Salah is a vital part of our religion, and it fills me with peace and rarely allows any negativity to affect me for the rest of the day.

After completing my prayers and making supplications in the mosque, I returned home and got engaged in some gardening work. This is something I usually enjoy doing early in the morning to keep my surroundings neat and appealing. I’m quite passionate about maintaining the aesthetics of my place. I can hardly tolerate disorder and often go about putting things in their proper place. I watered the lawn and removed any weeds, and then I rearranged the plants—placing the shade-loving ones under cover and the others in areas with ample sunlight.

Once the gardening was done, I went for a walk to break some sweat and burn a few calories. As usual, I walked towards the orchard to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the pleasant aroma of ripening fruits that will soon be harvested. The fragrance spread throughout the orchard was quite refreshing. Although I usually prefer staying longer there, the professional and personal responsibilities I have don’t allow much time.

After spending a good amount of time outdoors, I returned home, took a shower, and joined my parents in the dining room for breakfast. They were already waiting for me. I quickly finished my meal, as I had to leave for the office. These days, I’ve been assigned additional duties, so it’s important for me to reach on time and start my official work without delay, maintaining discipline and avoiding any lapses that could affect our reputation.

Early in the day, I have to check the attendance photographs uploaded by the field functionaries. These photos serve as proof that workers are actually present on sites where development work is being carried out across our block. Since these projects are demand-driven and intended to provide employment to the unemployed youth in rural areas, sometimes machines are used instead of workers to complete tasks quickly. This undermines the very purpose of the scheme, so it becomes essential to ensure that actual workers—especially unemployed youth—are given priority.

For that reason, I have to thoroughly check these photographs to identify any manipulation. The images are reviewed carefully at various levels in the administration. With the introduction of AI, the system can now detect potential cases of duplication or tampering—like the same person appearing at multiple work sites. Any such manipulation, if found, is not only a serious offense but also a disgrace for the concerned official and the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO).

After finishing this task, I got busy responding to audit paras that had been forwarded to us by the Fund Office. These were observations raised during the audit of the 14th Finance Commission, conducted last year and in the early part of this year. These paras are now available on our login, and we’ve been asked to provide clarifications regarding the deficiencies or discrepancies identified.

Only after completing these assignments was I free in the afternoon. I then left for my friend’s house to attend his marriage function. I had taken a half-day leave from the office. Upon reaching, I immediately got involved in serving the famous Kashmiri cuisine to the guests and helped my friends who were already busy managing various responsibilities. Later, I had to accompany the groom to the bride’s house, and I was also asked to drive the groom’s car—which was to be decorated for the occasion. After having Wazwan, I was allowed to go home early to get the car washed and ready. I also picked out a new set of clothes for myself and got dressed to accompany my friend to his bride’s home.

We left around 8:30 PM with a convoy of cars heading towards the bride’s residence. A few of the drivers were not familiar with the sharp curves on the usual road, so we decided to take an alternative route to ensure everyone’s safety. We reached there around 10 PM. The Islamic rituals were performed first, and the official wedding contract (Nikah) was read aloud, with consent being taken from both the bride and groom. Only after that was food served, followed by the main ceremony—the bride’s departure (Rukhsati). It was quite an emotional moment as her family members were in tears, perhaps because she was their dearest daughter.

It took us another hour to return home, and once we arrived, we had to make arrangements for some of the guests who had accompanied the bride. They were served sweets, beverages, and other refreshments. Only after all the ceremonies were complete did I return home at around 2 AM. I was extremely tired and went straight to bed, as I was very sleepy and had to wake up early again for work the next morning. I turned off the lights and immediately fell asleep.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
