The diary game. A Day Rooted in Routine, Nature, and Responsibility
Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.
I got up very early in the morning, as I have a habit of rising early. The birds living in the vicinity come to my house and chirp on the windows of my room, which makes me uncomfortable in bed, and I get up and straightaway perform ablution and pray the morning prayers in the nearby mosque. Today again, I did the same. I was going to reach the mosque, and thus, I started my day with some peace, a positive vibe, and a sense of prosperity.
After making some applications, I returned home and started doing some gardening work. I mowed the lawn and looked for any weeds, then tried to remove them along with their roots, as I am quite enthusiastic about maintaining the aesthetics of my place. It’s quite important to remove any weeds from the lawn, which would otherwise look very ugly. Once I was done with the lawn, I went to burn some calories in the orchard and started jogging.
After finishing my workout in the orchard, I thought of returning home, but since I still had a lot of time, I decided to have a look at the apples growing in the orchard to check if any disease or insects might have attacked the crop, which would require the use of pesticides. As we have been growing these apples throughout the year and have been putting in a lot of effort, hard work, and resources, letting insects or any pests attack the crop could be quite costly at this juncture. Fortunately for us, I couldn’t notice anything of concern in the orchard, and then I returned home to have my breakfast and get ready for the office.
I have been posted at the district headquarters, and for that, I need to leave my place a little earlier than I did when I was posted in my home block. On my way to the office, I also pick up my friend who is also posted there, and we carpool to save fuel and money as well. We have contributed to the digitisation of revenue records, which were previously in offline form. After this decision, the records will be available in the public domain for the common man, and people will not need to visit revenue offices for information—they can instead obtain it from the portal.
Later, at around 4 PM, I again picked up my friend from his office and headed back to my place. It took me more than an hour to reach home. Upon arriving, I had some tea and then took a nap to regain energy before going to another orchard, where I had to do the same as I did earlier in the day during my walk to the nearby orchard.
These days, it is quite pleasing to be out in the orchard because the aroma of ripening apples is quite attractive. The fragrance doesn’t let anyone leave these orchards, but for me, it’s the compulsion of being at home and helping my family with different chores. After I was done, I returned home, took some rest, and then went to the market to buy groceries and other needed items. It was late in the day, around 9:30 PM, when we had our dinner. Afterward, I scrolled through Instagram for a while and then went to sleep at around 11:45 PM.
Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
